Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Carry out Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI)
- UT Weld Scanning with interpretation, evaluation and reporting experience is required.
- Interpret and Review inspection results to determine as per reference code/standards.
- Follow approved test methods, techniques, procedures and work instructions.
- Document inspection results and prepare inspection reports.
- Clean parts/materials prior to inspection and after the completion
- Ensure good housekeeping in the immediate workplace and surrounding premises.
- Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
Experience Required
To be eligible for this
NDT Technician role, candidates must have a minimum of
3 years of experience working as an
NDT Level 2 technician or an equivalent position. Experience in conducting corrosion surveys within the
oil and gas fields is essential. Additionally, applicants should be proficient in handling various
NDT equipment and must be familiar with both
manual and computerized reporting systems.
Qualification Required
You must have
- Higher Secondary School educational qualification
- NDT Level II or approved equivalent
